1. Begin by inflating the inner ball supplied with your balanball cover until it is approximately three-quarters full.

2. Secure the air in the inner ball:

Insert the inflation plug into the inner ball to prevent air from escaping.

3. Align the inner ball and the cover:

Place the balanball cover over the inner ball, ensuring that the inflation inlet on the inner ball aligns with the inflation hole on the cover.

4. Connect the inflation needle:

Remove the plug from the inner ball and quickly insert the inflation needle through the cover’s inflation hole into the inflation inlet of the inner ball.

5. Zip the balanball cover:

Securely zip up the balanball cover around the inner ball.

6. Inflate fully:

Begin inflating the balanball to the desired firmness. During the process, gently press on the cover to ensure that the inflation hole on the cover remains properly aligned with the inflation inlet on the inner ball.

7. Seal the air:

Once inflated to the preferred firmness, swiftly remove the inflation needle and reinsert the plug to seal in the air.

The fully inflated, ready to work balanball should be firm/hard to touch and not floppy/saggy at all.

If you have an electric pump, it’ll go much faster

As with all upholstery fabric, the balanball cover should not be immersed in soapy water.

In the event of soiling, brush with a soft bristle brush, then wipe with a damp soft cloth.

If necessary, use a little dishwash liquid foam on the damp cloth and be sure to rinse off

the residue. It is best not to soak/drench the fabric! If required, remove the cover and

have it dry-cleaned.

A children’s size – 45 cm will be available from May 2025.
