As a physiotherapist specialising in pain management and women’s health, I’m deeply passionate about holistic well-being and helping my patients make lifestyle changes to enhance their quality of life. One such change I’ve made in my own routine is incorporating the balanball into my workspace.

Sitting on the balanball while consulting with clients has allowed me to stay engaged and connected to my body, even while seated. The design encourages a grounded posture, with my feet firmly on the floor, which has been incredible for my pelvic and spinal alignment. Gone are the days of crossing my legs or sitting unevenly on one side.

What I love most about the balanball is its versatility. Whether I’m sitting statically to build postural endurance or gently bouncing to improve circulation and focus, it adapts perfectly to my needs. Sometimes, I even take a quick break to do exercises on the ball, challenging my core and mobilising my spine.
